Danie Jansen van Vuuren is a chartered accountant (CA(SA)) with more than sixteen years’ experience in financial management, corporate finances and business strategy. He obtained his BCompt degree and Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (honours degree) from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and registered as a CA(SA) in 2016.

Van Vuuren worked in the audit and accounting sector in Pretoria East for more than seven years, where he completed his clerkship and served as an audit manager for four and a half years. After that he worked in the private IT sector for more than ten years as financial manager and finally as chief financial officer at Ovations Technologies (Pty) Ltd. His experience includes business turnaround strategies, financial management and modelling, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate management.
