Dr Jannet Davel has earned her MCom in Industrial Psychology from the University of Pretoria and is a registered industrial psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She has also obtained her PhD from the University of Pretoria with her research theme being the development of human capital and the impact of development programmes on employability. Since 2011, Jannet has established her career as consultant with a wide range of organisations where she has worked with the total human resources chain. Her passion for bringing about excellence in organisations by putting the right people in the right jobs has eventually caused her to specialise in high-level talent management, development, and organisational design.
